Hidden just off the main road, it opens into a space that feels like a mash-up of a surgical theater and an underground bunker, concrete walls, red lights, and just enough weirdness to make it memorable. The real draw is the beer: 13 rotating taps and more than a hundred bottles covering everything from local IPAs to rare imports.
