Molly Bar is one of those spots that quietly eats up your evening. You come in thinking one drink, maybe some food, and suddenly it’s been hours. It leans more cafe than party, with seating spread across two floors plus a few tables out front where the air moves and people actually hear each other talk. The food matters here.
