Noisette is a contemporary French restaurant with a personal story behind it. Founders Dominique Salles and Mathieu Campion grew up together in France, and the name nods to the hazelnut trees from that childhood. The restaurant mixes an existing house with a newer glasshouse facing the garden, keeping details like the original parquet floors while giving the space a lighter, more modern feel.
