Xim Bangkok comes from the same team behind GOT Bangkok and Rec., and it shows in how seriously they take the idea behind the drinks without making it feel academic or stiff. The whole bar is built around the Thai word for “taste” — playing with its different meanings and turning that into a guiding idea for the menu, so cocktails here are less about trends and more about interpretation, balance, and curiosity.
