Here, cocktails tell stories. The Midnight Cruise is a dark, zesty twist on a gimlet, laced with yuzu and black as the night sky thanks to bamboo charcoal. The Frog Negroni blends Vietnamese drip coffee with homemade Campari and Earl Grey-infused chocolate, creating a smoky, bittersweet masterpiece. And for the bold? The Blue Cheese Salty Dog, where umami-rich blue cheese meets shiso, grapefruit, and just the right amount of salinity.
